Technology
The software behind every Virteche product, built by us.
Global's catalog and quotes, Cloud's ordering and dashboards, and the Futures console all run on software we write and operate ourselves. Here is what that means for you today.
Today
What it does for you
One sign-in
A single Virteche account signs you in to Global, Cloud and Futures.
Search that understands the request
Describe what you need, including use, material or certification, and the catalog search finds products that fit, not just matching words.
Quotes tied to the product
A quote request keeps the product, quantity, destination and requirements together, so the reply starts from the right item.
Automatic provisioning
A VPS is built as soon as payment confirms, and the details arrive in the dashboard and by email.
A firewall on the host
Rules are enforced on the hypervisor before traffic reaches the server, and the dashboard shows what was blocked.
Usage history we record ourselves
CPU, memory and disk are sampled every ten minutes, so charts cover 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
Risk controls in reach
Pause, kill switch and limits sit on the console itself, separate for live paper and simulation.
Invoices you can read
Each server, add-on and licence is its own line on the invoice, so you can see what you pay for.
Your dashboard
A Cloud server's page, working
A working copy of the page each Cloud server gets, on sample data. It is the same kind of screen the rest of our products are built from.

How we build
Four rules we hold ourselves to
They are why the pages show real prices, why the previews say "sample data", and why most changes do not need a ticket.
Show the working
Prices, limits and status are on the page. If something is sample data, it says so.
Self-serve first
Common changes happen in the dashboard, without waiting on a ticket.
AI helps, people decide
AI narrows a search or drafts a starting point; a person makes the call.
Built in-house
The storefronts, dashboards and the automation behind them are ours, so we can fix what we find.
